Please note that most coverage is provided to you at no cost. However, a provider could ask you to pay on the day the service is provided. If this occurs, pay the amount, and then complete the Aetna WorldTraveler Claim Form to receive reimbursement.
After calling iJet and being connected to an Aetna Global Benefits customer service representative, you will probably be directed to a provider in your city who accepts direct payment from Aetna. You can find contracted facilities in these locations on the Aetna International website. Please refer to the Aetna International WorldTraveler ID Card/Brochure for directions on how to register online.
