The next time you take a walk, jog, or run around the many Vanguard buildings, you can track your miles using convenient exercise trail maps. Maps are available for Arizona, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania campuses.
The fit trail
The Malvern campus also offers a fit trail, which begins next to the Bogle building. It features 20 different stations organized into four clusters. The fit trail guides you through a variety of stretching and strength-training exercises. Going through the stations as a circuit can also provide aerobic benefits.
