Fit 2 Thrive is designed for beginner exercisers and features a movement assessment, group exercise classes, and plenty of tips and support to keep you on track. Conducted in a small-group setting, the program combines education, exercise, and nutrition to set you up for success with your health and fitness goals.
It's free to join, and you don’t have to be a ShipShape member to participate. You can also earn rewards with the Health Smart Rewards wellness program.

How it works
Simply register for the Fit 2 Thrive team most convenient for you in any ShipShape location. Sign up for a set weigh-in and workout time, and you'll be assigned a ShipShape staff trainer who will send you a detailed introductory email. Your trainer will lead your small training group and keep you motivated with nutritional tips, fitness tracking, weekly workouts, and homework assignments.
How to register
Registration opens two weeks before the start of each session. If your preferred location is not available, you can choose to be wait-listed.
Here are the dates for the 2018 sessions:
- Session 1: January 28 to March 8
- Session 2: June 10 to July 19
- Session 3: August 5 to September 13
Program space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can’t commit to all six weeks of a session, but you’re interested in getting healthier and learning about exercise, ShipShape offers fitness consultations, one-on-one appointments, and more to help you achieve your goals. Health Smart Rewards wellness program
With the Health Smart Rewards wellness program, you can earn $100 for successfully completing the Fit 2 Thrive program by meeting the following criteria:
- Attend a one-on-one meeting with your trainer during the first week.
- Weigh in a minimum of four times during the program.
- Attend Week One team meeting and at least three additional team workouts.
