If you are a full-time crew member (scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week) and cover a domestic partner and his or her child(ren), you typically pay for this coverage on an after-tax basis through payroll withholding. In addition, imputed income will be added to your biweekly pay. Imputed income is defined as the value of the domestic partner coverage minus the after-tax amount contributed toward the coverage.
